SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are shipped directly from international central warehouses.

Processing time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after your order is placed.

Delivery time Standard delivery takes 7–15 business days. Please note that delays may occur during public holidays or peak seasons.

Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 48 hours for the carrier to update the tracking information.

Multiple items If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped in separate packages but will arrive close together.
