Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive your item, without providing any reason.

Returns You must return the item no later than 14 days after you have notified us of your withdrawal. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Refunds We will refund all payments, including standard delivery costs, no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notification, using the same payment method as for the purchase.
Exceptions The right of withdrawal does not apply to items manufactured according to your specifications or sealed hygiene products with a broken seal.
